Additional Notes
Check in time is 4PM. Check out time is 10AM. Please take your garbage to the garbage cans located at the end of the driveway, take sheets and pillow cases off of beds and leave at the foot of the bed and please start a load of towels in the washer. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival we’ll email you the final details about your vacation home rental.
Key Pick up
Information about the keys to your vacation home will be included in the email you receive approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival and after your final payment.

Cancellation Policy

Trip Interruption Insurance
We strongly urge you to purchase this coverage to protect your vacation investment by purchasing CSA Travel Insurance through our website.
Security Deposit Insurance
The Security Deposit Insurance covers up to $3,000 in damages. More information is included in the Rental Agreement; please read it carefully.
Payment Schedule
Please call me with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card number. We will also take a debit card and a check if there is time for it to clear before arrival.
Guest Services
Your Rental Agreement contains additional information about your vacation home and has been sent to you in a separate email.
Pets
Your pet is welcome in this home.
An important note: We conduct virtually all of our correspondence including receipts, directions, etc. via email. If your provider or email program has strict filtering or does not accept attachments, our emails may be sent to a junk folder or delete entirely unless settings are appropriate. We suggest you consult with your provider or check your email program documentation if this is a concern. If you do not have access to email or have computer problems, we will do our best to accommodate.
