Additional Notes
Check in time is 4PM. Check out time is 10AM. Please take your garbage to the curb, remove only the sheets and pillow cases from the beds that were used and put a load of towels in the washing machines. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival we’ll email you the final details about your vacation home rental.

Information about the keys to your vacation home will be included in the email you receive approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival and after your final payment.

We strongly urge you to purchase this coverage from CSA on our website to protect your vacation investment.
Security Deposit Insurance
Security Deposit Insurance covers up to $3,000 in damages. More information is included in the Rental Agreement; please read it carefully.
Payment Schedule
Please call me with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card number. We will also take a debit card and a check if there is time for it to clear before arrival.
Guest Services
Your Rental Agreement contains additional information about your vacation home and has been sent to you in a separate email.
Pets
Absolutely no pets allowed in luxury rental homes. If we find any evidence of pets on the property, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given.
An important note: We conduct virtually all of our correspondence including receipts, directions, etc. via email. If your provider or email program has strict filtering or does not accept attachments, our emails may be sent to a junk folder or delete entirely unless settings are appropriate. We suggest you consult with your provider or check your email program documentation if this is a concern. If you do not have access to email or have computer problems, we will do our best to accommodate.
