"THE ULTIMATE" is a fabulous large classic beach house, newly renovated, that is in the perfect location on Tybee- midbeach in the prime residential area, on the beachside of the main avenue at 7-A 6th Street.

Absolutely perfect for big families and praised for its carefree comfort and elegance, this cheerful luxury family retreat offers three floors with 4200 sq.ft. of living space- with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, a full kitchen plus two kitchenettes, three living areas, two laundry areas, and wonderful outdoor areas.

Two oceanview porches, a rear screened porch, a children's screened porch, and a large private courtyard with an outdoor kitchen provide wonderful outdoor living areas. Every generation of our family enjoys the spacious rooms,the close proximity to the best beach and the beautiful but livable furnishings, providing a truly relaxing vacation experience.

With family living and dining areas on each floor and with three porches,there is plenty of room for children, teens and adults to have spacious separate gathering spaces. And with a King Bedroom,an additional Bedroom,a full Bathroom and a Kitchen or Kitchenette on each of the three floors, this is absolutely the best house at Tybee for extended families.

All gorgeous old heart pine flooring, historic bead board walls and comfortable, colorful designer furnishings create a truly fresh, clean, cheerful "no worries" atmosphere.

An outdoor sand shower, beach cart, beach chairs, and towels are also provided for your use.

Trip Interruption Insurance
We strongly urge you to purchase this coverage from a company such as CSA, Inc. to protect your vacation investment. We offer this insurance for you to purchase on our website.

Security Deposit Insurance
We offer Security Deposit Insurance for $39 that covers up to $3,000 in incidental damages.

Payment Schedule
Please call me with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card number. We will also take a debit card and a check if there is time for it to clear before arrival.

Guest Services
Your Rental Agreement contains additional information about your vacation home and has been sent to you in a separate email.

Pets
Absolutely no pets allowed in luxury rental homes. If we find any evidence of pets on the property, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given.

An important note: We conduct virtually all of our correspondence including receipts, directions, etc. via email. If your provider or email program has strict filtering or does not accept attachments, our emails may be sent to a junk folder or delete entirely unless settings are appropriate. We suggest you consult with your provider or check your email program documentation if this is a concern. If you do not have access to email or have computer problems, we will do our best to accommodate.
