Cancellation Policy
Information is included in the Rental Agreement; please read it completely.

Trip Interruption Insurance
We strongly urge you to purchase this coverage from CSA, Inc. to protect your vacation investment. We sell CSA Travel Insurance which can be purchased through my website.

Security Damage Insurance
The Security Deposit Insurance covers up to $3,000 in damages. More info on this is in the rental agreement.

Payment Schedule
Please call me with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card number. We will also take a debit card and a check if there is time for it to clear before arrival.

Guest Services
Your Rental Agreement contains additional information about your vacation home and has been sent to you in a separate email.

Pets
Pets are allowed in this home.

An important note: We conduct virtually all of our correspondence including receipts, directions, etc. via email. If your provider or email program has strict filtering or does not accept attachments, our emails may be sent to a junk folder or delete entirely unless settings are appropriate. We suggest you consult with your provider or check your email program documentation if this is a concern. If you do not have access to email or have computer problems, we will do our best to accommodate.
