Sunshine South is a charming beach cottage with a fabulous screened porch to relax and rejuvenate after a wonderful day at the beach. The living room has skylights that bring natural light into the room all day long. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the sounds of the ocean sitting on the wonderful front porch swing.

Information about the keys to your vacation home will be included in the email you receive approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival and after your final payment.

Directions will be attached to the reservation email you receive.

Trip Interruption Insurance
We strongly urge you to purchase this coverage to protect your vacation investment.

Damage Deposit
There is a $300 refundable damage deposit. This deposit is due with the final payment, and must be paid with a credit card. More information is included in the Rental Agreement; please read it carefully.

Payment Schedule
Please call me with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card number. We will also take a debit card and a check if there is time for it to clear before arrival.

Guest Services
Your Rental Agreement contains additional information about your vacation home and has been sent to you in a separate email.

Pets
Absolutely no pets allowed in this rental home. If we find any evidence of pets on the property, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given.

An important note: We conduct virtually all of our correspondence including receipts, directions, etc. via email. If your provider or email program has strict filtering or does not accept attachments, our emails may be sent to a junk folder or delete entirely unless settings are appropriate. We suggest you consult with your provider or check your email program documentation if this is a concern. If you do not have access to email or have computer problems, we will do our best to accommodate.
