This fantastic condo features a partial side ocean view from its furnished private balcony and is located at Tybee Island’s only truly oceanfront condominium resort. The Beachside Colony Resort has three small heated swimming pools (Tybee’s only heated pool) and a popular beachfront restaurant and lounge, Marlin Monroes, with complimentary WIFI internet access.
This condo has new furnishings and paint. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all tiled and are combined into one space which creates a great open atmosphere for family and friends to enjoy. The kitchen includes everything from coffeepot, toaster, blender, and much more! The Master Suite is well appointed and has a whirlpool tub in the master bath. There are TV’s & DVD players in all bedrooms, as well as the living area.
The condominium is located in a great mid-island location across the street from Memorial Park which features the public library, YMCA, a wonderful playground, charcoal grilling stations; as well as volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. You are also within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This condo is pet friendly (1 dog under 30lbs.) Parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUV's may not fit in parking space - especially during peak / high seasons

Check in time is 4PM. Check out time is 10AM. Please take garbage to dumpster downstairs, start a load of towels and remove sheets and pillow cases from used beds. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival we’ll email you the final details about your vacation home rental and the lockbox code.

Information about the keys to your vacation home will be included in the email you receive approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival and after your final payment.

Directions will be attached to the reservation email you receive.

Pets
We do allow a pet in this unit. Please read the pet info included in your reservation.

An important note: We conduct virtually all of our correspondence including receipts, directions, etc. via email. If your provider or email program has strict filtering or does not accept attachments, our emails may be sent to a junk folder or delete entirely unless settings are appropriate. We suggest you consult with your provider or check your email program documentation if this is a concern. If you do not have access to email or have computer problems, we will do our best to accommodate.
