Check in time is 4PM. Check out time is 10AM. Please take all garbage to the garbage cans for pick-up on Tuesday and Friday, load the dishwasher, take sheets off of beds and remove leftovers from refrigerator. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival we’ll email you the final details about your vacation home rental.

Information about the keys to your vacation home will be included in the email you receive approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival and after your final payment.

Directions will be attached to the reservation email you receive.

Cancellation Policy
Information is included in the Rental Agreement; please read it completely.

Trip Interruption Insurance
We strongly urge you to purchase this coverage to protect your vacation investment. We offer CSA Travel Insurance.

Security Deposit Insurance
We offer a Security Deposit Waiver for damages up to $3,000. If you choose not to buy the $39 waiver, there is a $300 refundable damage deposit. This deposit is due with the final payment, and must be paid with a credit card. More information is included in the Rental Agreement; please read it carefully.

Payment Schedule
Please call me with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card number. We will also take a debit card and a check if there is time for it to clear before arrival.

Guest Services
Your Rental Agreement contains additional information about your vacation home and has been sent to you in the reservation email.

Pets
Absolutely no pets allowed in this home. If we find any evidence of pets on the property, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given.

An important note: We conduct virtually all of our correspondence including receipts, directions, etc. via email. If your provider or email program has strict filtering or does not accept attachments, our emails may be sent to a junk folder or delete entirely unless settings are appropriate. We suggest you consult with your provider or check your email program documentation if this is a concern. If you do not have access to email or have computer problems, we will do our best to accommodate.
